 - To obtain tax and parcel card data go to Brady Charter Township information on BS&A Website *When on the site Use the search features on the LEFT hand side – do not attempt to use the log in on the upper RIGHT corner of the page. ***All information on BS&A is in real time.***
 - Appraisers and realtors should personally inspect and measure all comparable properties, subject properties and listings and are using this information at their own risk.
 - For specific payoff information for delinquent taxes please call the Kalamazoo County Treasurer’s office at 269-384-8124.
 - Only tax payments made at or mailed to Brady Charter Township will be posted on this website. If tax amounts have been paid to the Kalamazoo County Treasurer’s Office, record of payment needs to be verified through that office at 269-384-8124, they will NOT be updated on this website.
 
How to Pay Your Taxes
You may pay your taxes in person at the Brady Charter Township hall using cash or check, online(convenience fees apply), automated phone system or mail. To pay online or using our automated phone system you will need Parcel Number, Address, or Name. All the information needed can be found on your tax bill.
Summer Taxes are due by 09/15/2025
 Winter Taxes are due by 02/17/2026
- To pay in person our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm. If you are here outside of normal business hours you may leave your payment in our drop box.
 - To pay online please go to https://bsaonline.com/?uid=330 and click on “PAY” in the “Pay A Bill” box.
 - To pay using our automated phone system please dial 269-649-7772.

Principal Residence Exemption Information:
June 1st (for Vicksburg School District) and November 1st (for Mendon School District) of each year is the date you must legally own and occupy your home in order to be eligible for the Homeowners Principal Residence Exemption Form. The millage rate for qualifying property is approximately 18 mills less than non-qualifying properties. New Homeowners must apply; this exemption is not automatic. Forms are available in the office.
