NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING / MEETING OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRADY, KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Brady Township Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing / Meeting for Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall, located at 13123 N. Richardson (South 24th) in the Township of Brady, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
The purpose of this hearing/meeting is to address an additional request for a Variance for land located within the Township of Brady as follows:
1. Gary Gray, of 650 Spruce St, Vicksburg, MI, has requested a variance for relief from the parking space requirements for a restaurant he wants to build and operate on property he owns at 5216 East V Avenue (18-100-023). This request may also involve variances from other zoning requirements, as may be determined based on the facts presented at the public hearing. (2006V03)
The further purpose of this hearing/meeting is to address a request for a Variance for land located within the Township of Brady as follows:
2. Timothy and Anita McBride, of 5016 Uption St. NW, Washington, DC, have requested a variance for relief from the requirements to build an accessory building on land they own at 11210 E. Indian Lake Drive (04-230-014). This request may also involve variances from other zoning requirements, as may be determined based on the facts presented at the public hearing. (2006V06)
Such other and further matters as may properly come before the Board.
The Brady Township Zoning Ordinance and the applications for this matter may be examined by contacting the Township Offices. Written comments regarding this matter may be submitted at the Township Hall prior to this public hearing/meeting and may further be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the public hearing/meeting.
Brady Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting/hearing to individuals with disabilities, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered, upon reasonable notice to the Township. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township Clerk.
All interested persons are invited to be present at the aforesaid time and place to be heard with respect to these matters.
