NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING / MEETING OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRADY, KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Brady Township Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing / Meeting for Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall, located at 13123 N. Richardson (South 24th) in the Township of Brady, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
The purpose of this hearing/meeting is to address a request for a Variance for land located within the Township of Brady as follows:
1. Robert Moore, of 10300 East T Ave. Vicksburg, MI, has requested a variance to remove a house and leave a garage and pole building, on property he owns at 10608 East T Ave., in Brady Township, Vicksburg, MI (01-200-004). This request may also involve variances from other zoning requirements, as may be determined based on the facts presented at the public hearing. (2008V01)
2. Gary & Jean Galia, on behalf of Carl & Betty Young, of 6937 Hayward Dr. Vicksburg, MI, have requested a variance for relief from the setback requirements on property the Youngs own at this address, in Brady Township, Vicksburg, MI (08-276-007). This request may also involve variances from other zoning requirements, as may be determined based on the facts presented at the public hearing. (2008V02)
Such other and further matters as may properly come before the Board.
The Brady Township Zoning Ordinance and the applications for this matter may be examined by contacting the Township Offices. Written comments regarding this matter may be submitted at the Township Hall prior to this public hearing/meeting and may further be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the public hearing/meeting.
Brady Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting/hearing to individuals with disabilities, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered, upon reasonable notice to the Township. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township Clerk.
All interested persons are invited to be present at the aforesaid time and place to be heard with respect to these matters.
