SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

and

Public Hearing

November 25, 2008

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, and Clerk Vermeulen. Absent: Trustees Guthrie and Vander Kamp.

Others Present: Gary & Nicole Gray

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Philport at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was hold a Public Hearing on a proposed 425 Agreement with the Village of Vicksburg on property at 606-620 Spruce St., owned by Gary Gray.

Philport opened the Public Hearing at 7:32 p.m. He explained the purpose of the 425 Agreement and asked for any public comment. There being none, the public hearing was closed at 7:35.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to show the intent to approve this 425 Agreement after the 30 day referendum has passed. A roll call vote brought YES votes from Allgaier, Philport, and Vermeulen. Absent: Guthrie and VanderKamp. Motion carried.

 **A motion was made by Allgaier and seconded by Philport to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. Motion Carried.
