SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

MAY 6, 2009

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, and Clerk Vermeulen. Absent: Trustee Vander Kamp. ***

Others Present: One other

Supervisor Philport called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to interview and appoint a Trustee to fill unexpired term vacancy.

Four applicants were interviewed; Randy Smith, Jennifer Feasel, Drew Forsyth, and Dave Locey.

*** Trustee VanderKamp arrived and was seated with the Board at 3:20 p.m.

**        After much discussion, a motion was made by VanderKamp and seconded by Vermeulen to appoint Randy Smith to fill this unexpired term as Trustee. A roll call vote brought YES votes from VanderKamp, Vermeulen, Philport, and Allgaier. Motion Carried.

**        A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by VanderKamp to adjourn the meeting at 4:15 p.m. Motion Carried.
