BRADY TOWNSHIP

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

MARCH 23, 2005

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, Clerk Vermeulen and Trustees Vander Kamp and Guthrie.

Others Present: None

The meeting was called to order at 11:45 a.m. by Supervisor Philport at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to finalize the budget for fiscal year 2004-2005.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Guthrie to approve the minutes of the 3/01/05 regular meeting. Motion Carried.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Vander Kamp to pay the final bills as presented. Motion Carried.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to make the following transfers to the 2004-2005 budget:

Motion Carried.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Guthrie to reappoint John Burns as one of our representatives to the Vicksburg District Library Board. Motion Carried.

**Vermeulen read a Resolution to adopt the regular precinct boundaries as the boundaries to be used for school elections. A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to adopt this resolution. Resolution Adopted.

**The proposed budget for 2005-2006 was discussed. Final adjustments were made and the budget was approved for presentation at the Public Hearing to be held on Saturday, March 26, 2005. A motion was made by Philport and seconded by Vander Kamp to approve this budget for presentation. Motion Carried.

Road projects were discussed, and will be presented at the April regular meeting.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Vander Kamp to adjourn the meeting at 1:20 p.m. Motion Carried.
