SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

FEBRUARY 18, 2009

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, Clerk Vermeulen and Trustee Vander Kamp. Absent Trustee Guthrie

Others Present: None

The meeting was called to order at 9:15a.m. by Supervisor Philport at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was set the proposed budget for 2009-2010.

**The proposed budget for 2009-2010 was discussed. Final adjustments were made and the budget was approved for presentation at the Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 03, 2009 at a total amount of $492,540. A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to approve this budget for presentation. Motion Carried.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by VanderKamp to adjourn the meeting at 11:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
