A re-scheduled meeting of the Brady Township Planning Commission was held on March 2, 2006 commencing at 7:30 p.m.

Kathy Guthrie
Jan Becker
Absent: Mike Henderson, Ed Haberle, and Helen McCrumb.
Also attending were Township Zoning Representative Glenn Lindsey and Pam Brewington.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Kathy Guthrie made a motion to approve the minutes of November 17, 2005. Gary Miller supported, and the motion was carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
A. BREWINGTON KENNEL SITE PLAN REVIEW
Kathy Guthrie made a motion to take the request for a special exception use by Pam Brewington off of the table and to reconsider the request. Gary Miller supported the motion, and it was passed unanimously.
Pamela Brewington, 10840 East V Avenue in Brady Township, presented her modified site plan for a kennel on her property to the Panning Commission. The special exception use for the kennel was approved at the October 20, 2005 Planning Commission Meeting. This site plan has been approved by SCMCCI, the zoning inspectors for Brady Township. The Planning Commissioners went through the site plan item by item. Kathy Guthrie made a motion to approve the site plan as presented. Gary Miller seconded, and the motion was passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
A. MEETING DATES FOR 2006-2007
Gary Miller made a motion to set the Planning Commission meeting dates for the upcoming year as follows: May 18, 2006; September 21, 2006; November 16, 2006; February 15, 2007. Kathy Guthrie seconded the motion, and it was passed unanimously.
B. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Kathy Guthrie made a motion to table the election of officers until the next regularly scheduled meeting. Gary Miller supported the motion, and it was carried unanimously.
REPORTS
A. Zoning Administrator
None.
B. Township Board Member
Kathy Guthrie updated the Planning Commission on the following items:
1. The South Kalamazoo County Fire Authority needs to replace a member-at-large alternate
who has resigned.
2. Revenue sharing funds and their disbursement were discussed.
3. The Brady Township Board had to adopt an Emergency Management agreement with
other local governmental entities in our area.
C. ZBA Member
None.
The next regular meeting is set for May 18, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Kathy Guthrie made a motion to adjourn at 7:50 p.m. Gary Miller seconded, and the motion was carried unanimously.
