SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

June 20, 2006

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, Clerk Vermeulen and Trustee Guthrie Absent: Trustee Vander Kamp.

Others Present: None

The meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. by Clerk Vermeulen at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to approve Ordinance #105 concerning zoning.

**After discussion, A motion was made by Guthrie and seconded by Allgaier to adopt Ordinance #105 concerning Zoning. A Roll Call vote brought YES votes from Guthrie, Allgaier, Vermeulen, and Philport. Absent: Vander Kamp. Motion Carried.

**A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 a.m. Motion Carried.
