SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

APRIL 16, 2009

Members Present: Supervisor Philport, Treasurer Allgaier, and Clerk Vermeulen, and Trustee Vander Kamp.

Others Present: One other

Supervisor Philport called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to adopt a Resolution granting local legislative approval of liquor license application of Gary L. Gray DBA Long Branch Saloon & Eatery, LLC, (Above all others).

**        A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by VanderKamp adopt a Resolution granting local legislative approval of liquor license application of Gary L. Gray DBA Long Branch Saloon & Eatery, LLC, (Above all others). A roll call vote brought YES votes from Allgaier, Philport, Vermeulen, and VanderKamp. Motion Carried and Resolution Adopted.

**        A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by VanderKamp to adjourn the meeting at 3:45 p.m. Motion Carried.
