BRADY TOWNSHIP ANNUAL MEETING

March 25, 2006

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Supervisor Philport, Clerk Vermeulen, Treasurer Allgaier, and Trustees Guthrie and Vander Kamp.

OTHERS PRESENT: None

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall by Supervisor Philport. The invocation was given by Guthrie, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

  **Minutes of 2005 Annual Meeting: After an overview of the minutes of the 2005 Annual Meeting, they were approved as printed, by a motion from Vermeulen and seconded by Guthrie. Motion Carried.

Old Business: None

New Business: Discussed abolishing Annual Meeting. Will go to April agenda.

Report of Township Officials: Various reports were given by officials

  **There being no other business, Vermeulen made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Philport at 1:18 p.m. Carried.
