BRADY TOWNSHIP ANNUAL MEETING

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Supervisor Philport, Clerk Vermeulen, Treasurer Allgaier, and Trustees Guthrie and Vander Kamp.

OTHERS PRESENT: 3 citizens

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. at the Brady Township Hall by Supervisor Philport. The invocation was given by Vermeulen, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

**Minutes of 2007 Annual Meeting: Vermeulen gave an overview of the minutes of the 2007 Annual Meeting. A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Guthrie to approve these minutes as printed. Motion Carried.

Public Hearing for Proposed 2008-2009 Budget:

**Philport opened the Public Hearing at 7:10. Vermeulen then updated on the proposed budget for 2008-2009. A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by Allgaier to approve this budget for adoption at the March regular Board meeting. Motion Carried.

**Close of Public Hearing: A motion was made by Vermeulen and seconded by VanderKamp to close this public hearing at 7:20 p.m. Motion Carried.

Report of Township Officials: Various reports were given by officials.

  **There being no other business, Vermeulen made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Allgaier at 7:27 p.m. Motion Carried.
